The Copenhagen Report is a great place to start any artistic exploration of the Danish capital. Tim Anderson is one of Denmark's most prolific bloggers, with an archive well worth flicking through - The Guardian
We spent a bit of time on Istegade recently putting Episode #48 of MyDenmarkTV.com together. It really is my favourite street in Copenhagen - if I was moving somewhere else in the world and could take one street in Copenhagen with me, this would be the one. We pretty much let the images do the talking in this episode. Enjoy!
Another great episode of MyDenmarkTV.com is up - episode #47. This time we took to the streets to find get some opinions about the best and worst buildings in Copenhagen. Interestingly, there was many people directly contradicted each other by naming the same buildings as the most ugly and beautiful. Of course, we weren't looking for random unknown buildings. We were looking for known and prominent buildings that provoke a reaction - which is exactly what we got. Enjoy!
This week's episode (#46) of MyDenmarkTV.com is up. It was a fun episode to make - we feature a couple new aspects of Copenhagen this week - the city's first raw food restaurant, and a new way to entertain yourself for a while...on a Segway. We also announced a contest at the end of the episode, and the winners will get a free Segway ride from www.segwayfun.dk.
This time we check out Rust Nightclub (one of the most consistent clubs in Copenhagen, if you're looking for a non-mainstream good night out) and meet Sven Houlberg the club's Event Manager (and one of the faces behind Villains Club, which happens most Thursdays at Rust - and on special occasions elsewhere in the city as well).
And our new Host, Toi, investigates VerdensKulturHuset in Nørrebro ('The World Culture House'). It really is an amazing place, used by some 250 ethnic organisations in Denmark representing nationalities from all over the world.
